I found the staff organized, professional and very personable. The technicians were very kind and patient with me. They explained the MRI process step be step and made me feel very comfortable.The only reason I am not scoring a 5 on this review is due to the billing department failed to let me know in advance the amount of my coinsurance. MRI's are very expensive and I would have appreciated being informed what I needed to pay in advance. The receptionist was very sweet and explained that they required half of the coinsurance to be paid upfront. I was able to pay half......thank goodness!
